Collection Arranged

✓

You have successfully arranged the collection of your Recycling Boxes.

Collecting your full boxes

Our collection driver, usually FedEx UK, will visit the specified address within the next 5 working days. Collections usually happen on the next working day.

Delivering new boxes

If you requested new Recycling Boxes, they will arrive within the next 3 working days, usually on the next working day.

Before your collection

Make sure your Recycling Boxes are sealed and placed in an accessible, suitable location.
If your full boxes don't have a return label attached, please contact us as soon as possible, as this may prevent a successful collection.
A different driver may deliver your new boxes than the one collecting your full boxes.

Our Recycling Team will contact you should any further information be required about your collection.
