    Collection Instructions & Important Information

    Before arranging a collection for your recycling boxes, please ensure:

    • Each recycling box contains more than 10 items or is full
    • Each box has a maximum weight of 20KG
    • Each recycling box is fully sealed with no loose items
    • Your full box is in an accessible location for collection
    • Items are placed into original packaging where possible

    All The Greener Side recycling boxes are supplied with a FedEx return label, located on one of the four sides of the recycling box (this will be a small label with a 12-digit tracking number). If your box does NOT have an existing return label affixed, please contact us as soon as possible as this may prevent a successful collection.
