You have successfully arranged the collection and/or replacement of your Recycling Boxes.

Our collection driver, usually Fedex UK will visit the specified address to collect your full Recycling Boxes within the next 5 working days. Recycling Box collections will usually occur on the next working day. Our Recycling Team will contact you if should any further information be required about your collection.

If you have requested new Recycling Boxes to be delivered, they will arrive within the next 3 working days, but usually new Recycling Boxes will usually arrive on the next working day.

Please ensure your Recycling Boxes are sealed and placed in an accessible and suitable location ready for the collection to be made.

If your full Recycling Boxes to be collected do not have an existing return label affixed, please contact us as soon as possible as this may prevent a successful collection.

Please note it may be a separate delivery driver delivering your new Recycling Boxes than the driver collecting your full boxes.
