The Greener Side is a Recycling Service which is provided to end users on behalf of our Parent Company’s ( Effective Consumable Solutions (UK) Ltd ) clients and not directly to Effective Consumable Solutions (UK) Ltd clients. Therefore in these circumstances The Greener Side is defined as the Data Processor and not the Data Controller. The Data Controller is defined as the Effective Consumable Solutions (UK) Ltd client who The Greener Side are acting on behalf of. The Greener Side may share the personal information of the Data Subject with the respective Data Controller.
